ASI Innovation Lab LLC ("AcroSystems", "we", "us", or "our") operates acrosystemsinc.ai and develops AI accountability software including Daedalus, MarcoPolo, and Suez. Our data controller contact: contact@acrosystemsinc.ai.
Contact & white-paper forms. When you submit a form we collect your name, email address, and message content. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry or deliver requested materials.
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp). We do not use third-party analytics that track you across other websites.
Cookies. We use only technically necessary cookies (e.g. WordPress security nonces and session tokens). We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data submitted through this website is not used to train AI models. Our products (Daedalus, MarcoPolo, Suez) each maintain their own data-handling documentation, available on request via contact@acrosystemsinc.ai.
Inquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your request and meet legal obligations — typically no longer than 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to or request portability of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@acrosystemsinc.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
We use HTTPS for all data in transit and store form submissions in a secured database. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
